Milestone Rewards are bonuses you unlock when you reach specific contribution or referral milestones. Each reward comes with a badge and a monetary amount.
If a badge is earned and not yet claimed, click the 'Claim Reward' button under the badge. Once claimed, the button disappears and 'Already claimed' appears.
Each milestone can be claimed again after 90 days from the last claim.
A Match is a pairing between a contributor (PH – Provide Help) and a recipient (GH – Get Help). It represents the transfer of funds in the peer-to-peer system.
If you are the PH (sender) and have uploaded payment proof, click 'Mark as Paid' for the match. You cannot mark as paid without uploading proof first.
If you are the GH (receiver) and the PH has marked the match as paid, click 'Confirm Received.' The match status will update.
For matches not completed or on hold, click the '🛑 Raise Dispute' button to open a dispute form for support intervention.
Pending: Contribution created, no match yet. Matched/Partial: Contribution partially or fully matched. Awaiting Payment/Paid Pending Confirmation: Waiting for payment or confirmation. Completed: Transaction successfully finalized.
For contributions with Pending status, click '🗑 Cancel Request' and confirm. Cannot cancel contributions that have already been matched.
Locate the match in 'Upload Proof' section, choose file (JPEG, PNG, PDF), and click '📤 Upload'. Once uploaded, the GH can confirm receipt.
They show remaining time to upload payment proof for PH contributions and act on active matches.
Share your referral link on WhatsApp. Each successful share increments your share count, and progress is displayed.
Inactive for 4 minutes → warning modal. After 5 minutes → auto logout. Click 'Stay Logged In' to reset timer.
